What Is THEAMS AI?
THEAMS AI is a whole-learning framework designed to support Australian home educators by integrating multiple subjects into one meaningful themed learning experience.

THEAMS AI creates unified, project-based learning units that builds research & critical thinking skills; supports ACARA-aligned reporting; is suitable for multi-age families; and has a faith-based or values-based option.
Rooted in evidence-based practice and aligned with ACARA standards, THEAMS AI learning is designed to make homeschooling simpler and more fun.

What is THEAMS AI and why does it matter for my homeschool?
THEAMS AI is a whole-learning framework designed to simplify and strengthen home education.
Rather than teaching subjects in isolation, THEAMS AI integrates:
Technology, History, English, Arts, Maths, Science into connected, project-based learning.
This matters because home educators often juggle planning, teaching, documenting, and reporting. THEAMS AI reduces fragmentation and supports deeper, more meaningful learning.
Our goal is to help families move from overwhelm to clarity, while maintaining academic rigor and purpose.
Is THEAMS AI aligned with the Australian Curriculum?
Yes. THEAMS AI is aligned with the Australian Curriculum (ACARA), while remaining flexible for home education.
We use curriculum alignment to:
Support confidence in learning coverage
Assist with evidence and reporting requirements
Provide clarity on skills and progression
At the same time, THEAMS AI is not a rigid, school-at-home program. Families are free to adapt pace, depth, and delivery to suit their child’s needs, interests, and learning style.
Do I need to follow the Australian Curriculum exactly to use THEAMS AI?
No. THEAMS AI is curriculum-aligned, not curriculum-restricted.
This means:
You can reference curriculum outcomes where helpful
Learning remains inquiry-based and interest-led
You retain autonomy as the home educator
THEAMS AI supports families who want structure without losing flexibility.
What ages or year levels is THEAMS AI designed for?
THEAMS AI is primarily designed for primary-aged learners, with built-in flexibility.
Our units:
Work well for multi-age families
Include open-ended tasks and extension opportunities
Can be scaffolded up or down as needed
This allows families to teach more than one child together while still meeting individual learning needs.
What kind of ongoing support and community will I have as a home educator?
THEAMS Learning offers support through:
A private community hosted within Gold Star Pro, not on social media, creating a focused and distraction-free space
Consultation and guidance, rather than generic advice
Future homeschool co-ops and collaborative opportunities, designed to support connection and shared learning
The intention is to provide a structured, supportive environment, not just a chat group. This kind of community support is especially valuable for sustaining confidence, consistency, and wellbeing throughout the home education journey.
What is The Bee-eaters Sting unit, and what will my child learn?
The Bee-eaters Sting is a whole-learning, project-based unit developed within the THEAMS AI framework.
Through this unit, students will:
Engage with real-world concepts and inquiry
Develop literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, creativity, and digital skills
Learn across all THEAMS AI learning areas in a connected way
Each learning area is clearly mapped, with links to:
Australian Curriculum outcomes
Skills and concepts covered
Evidence ideas for home education reporting
This unit is designed to show what whole learning looks like in practice.
Is THEAMS AI faith-based or secular?
THEAMS AI is faith-based and grounded in God’s Big Story.
This worldview shapes our focus on:
Character development
Purposeful and meaningful learning
Ethical thinking and responsibility
Respect for people, creation, and community
However, THEAMS AI is intentionally flexible.
Families may:
Engage fully with the faith elements, or
Skip or adapt faith-specific content and use THEAMS AI as a values-based curriculum
